The biggest open-air festival in Switzerland and one of Europe’s fast growing, very popular outdoor music events. It started in 1976 as the ‘First Folk Festival’ with 1,800 attending over the three days of the event.
Now the Paleo Festival Nyon is a six-day event, with over 250 shows across seven stages, entertaining around 230,000 visitors. One of Europe’s most important musical events, it offers a truly eclectic range of acts. The Paleo festival supports and promotes new talents alongside established stars and also shines a light on less well-known musical styles.
